You may not use the Service to process content that is illegal, that infringes third-party rights, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the Service, its underlying libraries, or its infrastructure.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that background removal results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific use, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any liability arising from images you process, upload sources, or downstream use of results.
Because the Service is provided free of charge, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (i.e., zero).

We may also, at some point, display third-party advertisements (e.g. Google AdSense), which are subject to that provider's own terms.
The design, text, and original code of this site (excluding third-party libraries referenced above) belong to [your name/business]. You retain all rights to the images you process; we claim no ownership over your content, which we never receive in the first place.
